Deputies Have Busy Weekend
The Cassgram reports an assault occurred on a boat on Beaver Lake just after 6pm Sunday night. One man was taken to the hospital by Murray Rescue with face and eye injuries. A suspect was arrested and booked in the Cass County Jail where he remained overnight awaiting arraignment.
Also deputies and a Nebraska State Patrol trooper responded to a location on West Park Highway for a disturbance/fight incident. That occurred at 8pm. No arrests were made.
Another incident involved terroristic threats report brought deputies to a location on Alvo Road just after 10pm. No arrests were made.
