If you're looking for an easy way to donate your unwanted clothes, furniture and other small goods that are still in good condition, you can do so on your ride to work.
Now in its 20th year, the Woodmen of the World charity drive benefiting Goodwill Industries is a simple way to donate goods.
All materials collected will go to one of 11 Goodwill stores in the Metro area. The proceeds from the sales will go to fun employment placement and training for those with disabilities and other disadvantages.
This drived started Wednesday morning but goes until Friday. You can drop off donations at the Woodmen Tower, 1700 Farnham Street downtown. There will be four locations around the building accepting donations. Someone will be there collecting goods between 6:30am and 8:30am.
Over 100,000 pounds of material has been collected over the last 19 years and both Woodmen and Goodwill representatives want to see that number continue to grow.
