Teens Ejected From Jet Ski
A 17-year old girl was injured Monday afternoon when she and two others were ejected from a jet ski on Lake Manawa in Council Bluffs.
The girl, Kristen Gerhardt, bumped her head against another passenger while the three were thrown off the jet ski. The Department of Natural Resources says they were making a sharp turn when they were ejected. It happened about 3pm.
Gerhardt is being treated at Jennie Edmunson Hospital. All three teens were wearing life jackets.
