A missing Nebraska woman's husband has been sentenced to several years in prison on charges that have nothing to do with her disappearance. Ann Kelley disappeared in April of 2008 after she dropped her four children off in Beatrice.

Judge Daniel Bryan Jr. of Gage County District Court sentenced William Kelley, Ann's husband, to five years in prison on each of two counts of child abuse. He also sentenced Kelley to five years on each of two counts of being a felon possessing a firearm and 20-60 months for lying on a firearm application.

After a plea agreement, a sex-assault charge was lowered to child abuse and the felony and misdemeanor drug charges were dropped.

William Kelley has not been charged in connection with her disappearance.

The couple's children are staying with relatives.
