Molotov Cocktail Reported To Lincoln Police

The seventh recent report of a Molotov cocktail has been made to Lincoln-area police.

Lincoln authorities said Thursday that a 69-year-old says he found remnants of an explosive in his yard on the east end of town.

Just northeast of Lincoln, a man mowing grass in Waverly found one of the devices near a concession trailer parked at Jaycee Park.

Last week, a Molotov cocktail was thrown at a van in Lincoln, setting it aflame. Damage was estimated at $30,000.
