Two men were brought to Creighton Medical Center Thursday morning in criticial condition from what Omaha Police officials say were gun shot wounds.
Police say the victims, 19-year-old Paul L. Richards and 29-year-old Frederick Mease were shot in the area of 42nd and Erskine Street.
One of the victims was brought to the hospital via a private vehicle, the other was transported by ambulance. Both victims were admitted into surgery.
Neighbors report hearing about a dozen shots.
Several hit a green car at the scene and a window was shot out.
Mease is in critical condition, Richards is stable.
Police do not have any suspects and anyone with information on this shooting is urged to call 444-7867.
