The big fellas at Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo got a post-Halloween treat Wednesday in the form of giant jack-o-lanterns donated by a local farmer.

The elephants, gorillas and other hefty inhabitants had some super-sized snacks this year.

The gourds were so big that they had to be hauled to the zoo in an animal transport vehicle.

The animal experts say that their charges will typically do anything from eating the treats to tossing them in the air or stomping them on the ground.
