A heads-up for drivers who travel interstate 80 between Omaha and Lincoln.

The westbound lanes are scheduled to be closed overnight Wednesday, February 11th into Thursday, February 12th from Waverly to the Greenwood interchange.

The hours are 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 o'clock the following morning.

The following Monday, February 16th, the eastbound lanes of I-80 will be closed along the same stretch during the same hours until Tuesday, February 17th.

The closures are necessary in order to set the girders for a bridge at 202nd street.

Detours to Highway 6 will be posted.
