A Heartland man tells Omaha Police that someone stole a valuable piece from his Nativity scene. A marble Jesus valued at $250.
The theft was reported on Saturday, December 13th. The 46- year old Shadow Ridge Neighborhood man says someone took the piece sometime in the overnight hours.
His home is located near 192nd and West Center Road.
According to the police report the thieves apparently weren't completely cold-hearted. In place of the valuable marble piece they left another baby Jesus, this one made of plastic.
