A woman is suiing a Lincoln gym claiming an employee videotaped her as she prepared to tan in the nude.

The lawsuit, claiming invasion of privacy, was filed in Lancaster County District Court and names Lincoln Fitness Systems, Gold's Gym Incorporated and the now former employee, 22-year-old Zachary Armstrong of Lincoln.

Armstrong was charged with unlawful intrusion in the April incident, to which he's pleaded not guilty. Police say the 24-year-old woman saw a cell phone sticking up above a partition as she was preparing to tan.

The lawsuit says the woman has suffered humiliation and embarrassment and worries the video may have been posted online.

ALthough this is an invasion of privacy anyone as anyone can see. If you go in rest room you expect not to see someone popping a camera under to see you who cares on th partition its worng one the guy s has issues, secondly the gym needs to take precation as well and third the lady should tkae the time to see what or if its an apprporaite place to de robe per say. I tan as well as yes the chance of someone un knowlinly pop a door and catch you in he buff is there. but he does need to be prosecuted he is an adult and knows he is wrong.

I agree w/ Carol, if you are going to take all of your clothes off in an area that isn't fully enclosed you are taking the risk. This is just someone trying to get some money that should take responsibility for her actions and hopefully if this even gets to court the Judge will agree

I'd sue too. Why were there just partitions? How many times did this happen before this pervert WAS caught...The gym should admit culpability in this one...especially for having such a screwed up employee. Sick.

Are you kidding me, a cell phone over the partition! What a loser, if you want to get off on something like that just get on the Internet.

Why is there an opening at the top of the partition I think a design change should be mandated. Sue the pants off of them charge him with a sex crime if it is appropriate. Next time buy a Hustler Magazine dude.

How is this the gyms fault?? Shouldnt she be suing the boy? Thats right... We live in a society where if we spill hot coffee on ourself we can sue for millions.

I am glad they arrested this guy. I am always so worried that people are taking pictures of me when I change at the locker room at my gym. Maybe this will keep people from watching me.

Although this is so wrong and so many levels...invading someones privacy...Why was she tanning in the nude in a public tanning booth??
