Al Johnson is facing six months in jail in connection with spying on a teenage shopper in the dressing room of a metro store.

Johnson initially faced three misdemeanors for lewd conduct regarding the incident at Omaha's Von Maur store. The charges were reduced to trespassing.

Johnson has already served time in prison for rape and he was banned form the Des Moines Von Maur for allegations similar to those in the Omaha incident.

When they persisted in questioning him, he straightened up and said to them, "Let the person among you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone ..." Good luck to each of you.

Trespassing is for going on property you aren't allowed to be on...not spying on a teenage girl with thoughts of rape going through your head, cuz you know that was what he was thinking...and only six months for it??? What is wrong with our judicial system now days, you haven't gotten a clue yet?
