The husband of missing Filley, Nebraska woman Ann Marie Kelley has been arrested on a drug charge.

William Kelley was arrested Wednesday night at his home for possession of a controlled substance.

County Attorney Randy Ritnour says William Kelley is charged with possession of a controlled substance; felon in possession of firearms and false reporting on a gun permit application

Bond was set this am at 10 percent of $25,000.

Ritnour says these charges have nothing to do with Ms. Kelley's disappearance.

The last publicly confirmed sighting of Ann was at approximately 8:25 am on Tuesday, April 15, 2008 in the Beatrice, Nebraska Area.

Ann was believed to be driving her Dark Gray Wood Panel 1991 Plymouth Voyager Mini-Van, Nebraska License 3-A8045.
