Man Killed In Drive-By Shooting
A drive-by shooting Sunday morning in Waterloo, Iowa left a 22-year-old man dead.
Police say Shantorio Evans was shot multiple times around 2 a.m. when someone in a passing vehicle opened fire on the car he was in. Several others in the vehicle were not hurt.
