An anonymous call to police about a suspicious car leads to the arrest of two and could possibly solve some recent robberies -- one of the people arrested is a 14-year-old boy.
The caller directed officers to the St. James Manor Apartments at 61st and Spencer. A second call told responding officers one person was possibly armed.
When officers arrived they found one man inside the vehicle another a short distance away. Turns out the car was stolen on Tuesday night and may have been used in a Wednesday robbery.
Lt. Marcia Janucik says, "Detectives are checking to see if the vehicle was used in any other crimes over the last couple of days."
The car is a white Ford Thunderbird.
