The 10th Street Bridge in Omaha's Old Market has completely reopened to traffic.
The span reopened to pedestrians last month so people could enjoy the Holiday Lights Festival in the Gene Leahy Mall.
Workers are still taking care of the aesthetics like borders and brick work. The entire project should be completed by February 1st.
