At 3:45pm Monday, deputies and Murray and Fire Rescue responded to a crash about a mile west of Murray on Highway 1.
A Chevy Trailblazer driven by 40-year-old Kimberly B. Smith of Beaver Lake crossed the centerline and collided with an asphalt company dump truck, said the report. Smith was transported by rescue squad to the trauma center at Creighton University Medical Center. The driver of the truck, 35-year-old Jason Fischer of Papillion, was attended to at the scene and not transported.
A blood draw to check blood alcohol content was ordered on Smith at the hospital, said the report. Seat belts were in use.
