Nebraska Gov. Dave Heineman announced yesterday additional emergency disaster grant funding is available to help residents in counties affected by June flooding.
The Cassgram reports funds are administered by the Nebraska Department of Economic Development, the funding allows groups to provide grants up to $7,500 per qualifying household for home repairs. Grants will be awarded on a first come, first approved basis.
