It's 14 feet tall and even more advanced than the screens in New York City's Times Square. It's called the cube.
The digital video board will wrap two sides of a building at 7th and Q Streets.
It's 14x40 feet on one side and 14x14 on the other.
Because of its size, the Lincoln City Council had to create a special sign district in the new "Railyard" area of the Haymarket. The council approved it with a seven to zero vote Monday afternoon.
When it's finished, The Cube will show specially designed content.
"We can show different artwork, we can show videos, we can show Husker pre-game, Husker games, I think it can really add to the atmosphere," said Brett West, Director of Development, WRK.
The Cube will be installed the first week of August and it should be ready for the first home Husker football game on Aug. 31.
