An alert neighbor watched as the suspect carried lumber and ran out of a nearby garage. The suspect had a good excuse, if only it was true.
Omaha Police responded the area near 46th & Curtis where more than one suspect was reportedly stealing from a garage. When police found Dennis Mason he claimed that he had permission from Brian Sinkler to enter his property and take the lumber.
When police found Sinkler he told them that nobody had permission to enter his property or take his lumber.
Mason was booked for burglary. The wood was returned to Sinkler.
