"Wannabe Gangster" In Custody
The owner of an Elkhorn beverage store had a pretty good idea who broke into his store. He even had a nickname for him.
"He's a wannabe gangster who lives here in the area," said Larry Gregurich, who replayed the security video he captured at his Big Dog Beverage store. After we showed the video last week, Omaha police announced the arrest of that suspect and are hoping that will lead to the second suspect in the burglary.
OPD also released pictures taken from an ATM after thieves stole Mellisa Drickey's purse and tried to access her accounts. You can click the video to see those images and find out why two burglaries just blocks apart are not believed to be connected.
