A man who broke into an Omaha nutrition store after it was closed for the night probably didn't notice the grocery store 100 feet away was still open and teaming with customers. One of those customers is a federal agent who watched the burglary take place.

The off-duty ICE Agent was with her family but managed to get a license plate number and vehicle description to Omaha Police as the thief was leaving Rexious Nutrition near 120th & West Center Road.

The next day Robert A. Garcia was arrested and booked on multiple charges including burglary, theft and previous charges of assault and shoplifting.

"It's just a testiment to Omaha Police that they acted so quickly and caught him," said store owner Tim Rexious. "My wife and I along with our business partner are just glad he's in custody."
