If the lights were on it would be easy to confirm the suspicions of the management at Phoenix Food & Spirits at 120th & Blondo. A burglary at the popular bar & grill last week was caught on tape.

The video isn't great but the actions of the suspects once they got inside paints a good picture of the apparent knowledge they had before they broke through the back door.

"Someone knew what they were doing and where everything was," said kitchen manager Shane Baldozier. "It was an inside job or they were given inside information."

The camera shows the suspects breaking through the back door and turning directly into the office where they ripped an alarm panel off the wall and cut power and phone lines. They managed to get the safe out but never appeared to be in much of a rush.

An Omaha Police detective tells Channel Six News that there have been a number of burglaries in the area over the past month.
