A man is wanted for making terroristic threats and using a weapon to commit a felony against his nephew last May.

Police say 57-year-old Wayne Nolan charged into the bedroom of a home at 33rd and Spaulding and pointed a gun at his nephew, threatening to kill him.

The victim and Nolan struggled over the gun before Nolan fired the weapon, narrowly missing his nephew. Nolan then left the residence. The victim sustained minor injuries from the struggle.

A felony warrant has been issued for Nolan's arrest. He is 6-foot, 180 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Wayne Nolan is asked to call the Metro Area Task Force at 444-4916 or 444-5815.
