Jerry Sandusky has arrived at the central Pennsylvania courthouse where the former Penn State assistant football coach has a hearing on whether or not his lawyers had enough time to prepare for trial.

Thursday's hearing in Bellefonte is expected to delve into the legal challenges filed by Sandusky's lawyers, including their claim that a deluge of prosecution materials swamped the defense.

Sandusky is serving a 30- to 60-year prison sentence after being convicted in June of 45 counts of child sexual abuse. The 68-year-old maintains his innocence.

The case led to the ouster of longtime Penn State football coach Joe Paterno.

Electronic devices of all kinds are barred from the courtroom under an order by Judge John Cleland.
