Ryan Spilborghs' RBI single scored Luis Hernandez with the winning run in the 11th inning, capping a seven-run comeback and lifting the Express to an 8-7 win over Omaha Sunday night in Round Rock.

The Storm Chasers took a 7-2 lead into the bottom of the ninth, but the Express scored five times to tie the game.

The Express took a 1-0 in the first as Greg Miclat was hit by a Doug Davis pitch and later came around on Spilborghs’ single that was misplayed in center by Wil Myers.

Omaha tied it in the second with a two-out rally. David Lough singled and went to third on a throwing error by second baseman Miclat. Anthony Seratelli then singled home Lough.

The Storm Chasers scored twice in the fourth to take a 3-1 lead. Tony Abreu singled, stole second and advanced to third on a throwing error by catcher Luis Martinez. After Lough grounded out to first baseman Brad Nelson, Seratelli doubled to right to plate Abreu. Derrick Robinson singled in Seratelli.

In the fifth, Johnny Giavotella singled and took third on a Clint Robinson double. Abreu cleared the bases with a triple and Lough doubled him home. After Seratelli struck out, Derrick Robinson walked. Lough took third and Robinson second on a double-steal and Adam Moore promptly singled to bring in Lough for a 7-1 advantage.

Round Rock scored a run in the sixth. Joey Butler singled and advanced to third on a Yangervis Solarte single. With Martinez batting, a wild pitch by Davis scored Butler.

Jeremy Jeffress came on to pitch the ninth with a five-run lead. Martinez doubled and Guilder Rodriguez walked. After Tommy Mendonca struck out, Miclat walked to load the bases. Hernandez struck out, but Spilborghs singled home two runs and went to second on an error by Lough in right field. Francisley Bueno replaced Jeffress and Nelson welcomed him with his 16th home run of the season to tie the game at 7-7.
