Storm Chasers Keep Hits Coming In 4-2 Win
After getting 15 hits Friday night, the Storm Chasers knocked out 13 hits Saturday night in a 4-2 win at Round Rock.

After getting 15 hits Friday night, the Storm Chasers knocked out 13 hits Saturday night in a 4-2 win at Round Rock.
Omaha took a 2-0 lead in the third inning. Jason Bourgeois walked and Adam Moore singled him to third. Irving Falu walked to load the bases. Johnny Giavotella grounded into a double play to score Bourgeois and Wil Myers followed with a single to plate Moore.
Luis Hernandez homered for the Express in the bottom of the third.
The Storm Chasers came right back in the top of the fourth to take a 3-1 lead. Tony Abreu doubled and was sacrificed to third by David Lough. Max Ramirez then singled in Abreu.
Ryan Spilborghs homered in the fifth to cut the lead to 3-2, but Omaha got the run back in the seventh as Moore doubled, took third on a Falu single and came home on Giavotella's single.
Chris Dwyer (1-1) got the win, charged with two runs on six hits in six innings. He struck out three and walked three. Zach Jackson (3-12) took the lost.
