Lancers Edge Des Moines In Overtime

Casey Bailey's overtime goal lifted the Lancers to a 4-3 overtime victory over the Buccaneers 4-3 Friday night in Des Moines.

Omaha led 3-1 heading into the third period when Des Moines tied the game on two goals scored :27 apart.

The Lancers got a power play opportunity in overtime and Bailey netted his team-leading 27th goal of the season, unassisted, at the 1:31 mark, Bailey’s fifth game-winning goal of the year.
