Seniors Can't Get Clear Picture About Portraits

Two high school seniors and their parents can't get a clear picture about portrait and graduation announcement packages they purchased. The photographer they paid claims to have gone through some financial and personal issues but promise to complete late orders.

TJ Senior Seth Banks holds a CD and said, "This is all I got for senior photos." A senior from another high school Tanner Nielsen told Fact Finders, "People are asking where are your pictures." After a four hour session with photographer Jeannetta Hoffman of Destiny Design Photography he only had a disk with 13 photos until last week, 49 days from graduation.

After calls to the photographer a flash drive with another 60 pictures was delivered to Tanner's mother. Carrie Nielsen said some of the photos on the flash drive are of some other student.
Carrie said, "I tried to be patient with her but its been excuse after excuse."

Photographer Jeannetta Hoffman said she was financial unable to redo photos she claim had been lost in the mail. However she said shes focused on her photography business and will make up orders within two to three weeks.

The seniors and their parents say that will be too late for graduation announcements and want a refund for incomplete packages ranging in price from $207 to $280 dollars.

The photographer told Fact Finders there is still time to complete announcements. Fact Finders contacted the rental photo studio she the landlord said the Destiny Design Photography has been evicted for lack of rent.
