A murder charge has been filed against a young Lincoln man in the shotgun slaying of another man during a late-night brawl last month.

A murder charge has been filed against a young Lincoln man in the shotgun slaying of another man during a late-night brawl last month.
Zachary Neuberger turned 18 on Wednesday and has been charged with second-degree murder and two weapons counts. Investigators say the melee erupted late on July 29th. They say Neuberger shot Naif Al-Kazahy after Al-Kazahy used a baseball bat to hit a man who used brass knuckles to punch Al-Kazahy's brother Munif.
