Friends and family are pulling together for a metro woman fighting cancer for a second time.
Diana Connolly has already battled breast cancer and won. Recently, she learned she's fighting again. This time losing her hair to the treatments.
Connolly's friends and family are rallying together to help the "Morning Noon and Night" owner and manager. They're planning a "Shaving Party" at the Shadow Lake shop for Saturday, August 18th.
The "Shaving Party" starts at 8:00 Saturday night. There's a $25 per person, or $40 per couple, donation requested. For every $400 raised, one head will be shaved. The hair will be donated to Locks of Love to help other cancer patients also facing hair loss. Anyone who donates will get a wine, tea or coffee tasting at the party.
