Motorcyclist Hits Deer On Interstate 80
A motorcyclist was hospitalized in fair condition Saturday morning after hitting a deer along Interstate 80 near Avoca, Iowa.

A motorcyclist was hospitalized in fair condition Saturday morning after hitting a deer along Interstate 80 near Avoca, Iowa.
The Iowa State Patrol said 49-year-old Christian Zobel of Des Moines was heading eastbound around 6 a.m. when the accident happened. Zobel fell onto the pavement while his motorcycle slid off the roadway.
He was taken by medical helicopter to the Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha.
