Midtown Crossing Restaurant to Re-Open After Small Fire
A restaurant at Midtown Crossing is preparing to re-open this week. A fire broke out in the kitchen at Ingredient on Monday April 30. The restaurant says the fire was caused by a piece of equipment falling off during nightly cleaning.

A restaurant at Midtown Crossing is preparing to re-open this week. A fire broke out in the kitchen at Ingredient on Monday April 30. The restaurant says the fire was caused by a piece of equipment falling off during nightly cleaning.
Ingredient is expected to re-open Friday May 11. The only hitch would be if replacement equipment is not delivered on time.
In a news release, the restaurant’s culinary manager Glenn Wright said, “We would like to thank our loyal customers for all the warm thoughts and prayers and look forward to getting back open for business as quickly as possible.”
