My guess is that he was trying to steal the vehicle.
Are you kidding me? He was going to steal the vehicle with the kids inside. I'm sure he wanted the vehicle more than the kids.
This is why they tell you to never,ever leave your children alone in a car, no matter what!
Doubt if it was a kidnapping attempt-more likely looking for stuff to steal.
Please parents. Do not put your kids in the car and leave them, not even for a second. Opportunistic people are waiting and watching.
A man on a bicycle was going to kidnap two small children? Really? I find that hard to believe lol. At most, I bet he was just trying to see if there was anything good in the vehicle to steal. Seems a little far fetched to me.
How was this guy going to kidnapp two children on a bicycle? I believe what happened, but have to wonder how this guy was going to get away with two toddlers. VERY glad the father was able to stop the guy.
Got on a bicycle and sped away - loser! I hope they are able to catch him. It's so scary knowing people like this are out there and maybe even in your own neighborhood!
