Telephone Booth? Do they still have those?
"Attempted Murder?" They were fighting in the wrong place. In Omaha this would have been a simple "assault" charge - and then pled down to "jaywalking."
Oh come on. Nobody fights with knives anymore. Thats old school!
If both persons were involved involved in a knife fight, if each was armed with a knife, isn't that mutual combat? Nobody at fault. If they wanted to make the fight interesting, they should have had it in a telephone booth.
