All they care about is the roads, with all the money beaing spent it seems they could be helping the homeless people, they dont realy care about us.

Hope it is not with Cox Communications, otherwise the price will go up every year (hence raising our taxes even more!)

Unite Fiber Network is paying for the install and operation. I don't know who is paying for the use of some fiber strands for city operations.

So are we directly paying for some of those strands for the city to use or is the cost being passed on to us through the cost of the services provided by whoever is paying for the fiber?
