An Omaha couple has been arrested for rummaging through a neighbor's dumpster.

On Sunday, a woman near 28th Avenue and Vinton spotted some strangers going through a dumpster in her neighbor's driveway.

Investigators found two people with numerous tools, flashlights and bags full of precious metals. Officers also found cutting and prying tools in a bag.

Omaha police booked the pair -- Michael Flood, 34; Cara Flood, 36 -- into Douglas County Corrections for burglary and possession of burglary tools.
