Traffic information from the Nebraska Department of Roads on two state highways are affected by projects.

The Cassgram reports that as previously planned, head-to-head traffic started on another stretch of U.S. Highway 75 in southern Sarpy County on Tuesday, the southbound lanes between the Platte River and Platteview Road. The NDOR says the traffic restrictions that will last for two years are necessary for the construction of the northbound Platte River Bridge and the new U.S. 75/Platteview Road Interchange.

Various daytime lane closures will occur starting today on northbound and southbound Nebraska Highway 50 between Louisville and Highway 1. Pilot vehicles and flagging operations will be utilized. These lane closures are necessary for concrete pavement repair and asphalt overlay operations.
