A suitcase full of memories never arrived when an Omaha couple returned home. Four bags made it with them to Chicago, but only three ended up on their door step.
Robert and Lindsey O'Brien taught English in South Korea for a year. Many of their students gave them special cards and other friends they made overseas gave them gifts.
Bob O'Brien said, "One man gave us a really nice set of brass chop sticks and spoons."
All their gifts, clothes, and their camera were packed a suitcase that is still missing; three months after the couple came home.
They've filed a claim with American Airlines for $2,500. When they arrived in Chicago, all four suitcases landed with them. When making the last leg of the trip to Omaha none of the bags were on the belt.
The couple says the bags arrived later and were dropped off by an airline delivery service, but the couple found only three on their porch.
After e-mails and calls from Fact Finders, American Airlines told the couple a check would be arriving in 5-10 days.
Bob said, "I don't even care about the money if we could just have the stuff that can't be replaced."
