Why is it I turn to food when I’m happy or sad, busy or bored, anxious or relaxed?!?
When I received the call I had been chosen as a BetterU Blogger I whipped around at my desk and grabbed a piece of chocolate from the candy dish I always have stocked for “everyone else” in the office - how ironic!
I’m pretty sure I read somewhere that women hormonally need chocolate, though. (Do you have any laughable justifications or weak excuses I can borrow? Mine are getting kind of old.)
Honestly, I am very excited for this 12-week and beyond journey that I start today and I'm hopeful we can do this together – for ourselves, for the ones we love, and for quality of life now and in the future. Sisters unite! There is strength in numbers!
