TOP 10 Ways to Not Be Heart Healthy
These are things I've learned not to do when trying to be "heart healthy".

#10. Eat foods from the center of the grocery store. Lots of bags, boxes, and cans.

#9. Eat lunch meat on my salad. (especially ham)

#8. Season everything I eat with seasoning salt.

#7. Eat foods with trans fats and /or palm oil.

#6. Don't pay attention to labels on food just look at the picture on the label to make a decision about food.

#5. Wait for my friends to exercise with me

#4. Go out for lunch with my friends and don't voice my opinion about where we go.

#3. Think that consistent exercise means , thinking consistently about exercising instead of really doing it.

#2. Never planning ahead for meals with my family, waiting until the last minute.

#1. Don't do strength training because it's not beneficial to someone my age.

Tomorrow the TOP 10 things I have learned to be "heart healthy".
