Today my friend Jean and I went looking for something "red" to wear to the Go Red For Women Expo and Dinner which is Thursday night. I'm excited to hear the keynote speaker and the small session speakers. I'm anxious to see what the dinner will be. You'd think it will be "heart healthy" so we won't even have to think about it.

My friend Jean has made a beautiful red coral necklace and bracelet set for the "silent auction". This will be the donation from the Go Red Better U Bloggers. She makes some beautifully artistic jewelry.

So I think we're ready for Thursday night. It will be fun to see the bloggers and our team from Alegent Health. I hope we also see some of the Channel 6 anchors. I hope you'll all be there too.

My dress is a size smaller then when I started the challenge, thanks to my team from Alegent Health. We have 5 more weeks to make more progress. I hope to make even more progress especially with my medicine. I'm hoping to see my Dr. in the next few weeks to see if my cholesterol level is down and see if I can get off of my blood pressure medicine.

I continue to strive for better "heart" health through exercise, eating healthy, and destressing when I need to.
