This morning it was raining when I got up to go walk. I couldn't swim at 7:00 either, still raining. The YMCA in Atlantic is closed this week for repainting.

I am lucky to have a treadmill at home, but I hate to walk anywhere but outside. So I kept waiting to have the weather clear. I couldn't walk on the treadmill because Nate had fallen asleep in the backroom where the treadmill was. He is the last of the boys to leave for work in the morning. He doesn't leave until 9:00 which is really late for me to get started.

Wait the phone just rang, it's Vicki, one of the Bahama Mamas. She is going to the pool-be there at 8:00. I went, it was a little rainy to begin with but by the time we were done the sun had come out. Thanks, Vicki!

Then I called Jean to come walk with me at the park. Jean just returned from a trip to Hawaii given to Phil and her from their 6 children for their anniversary. The walk was great, she had alot to tell me about their vacation. Then we went out for breakfast to see our friend Paula. We ordered eggs and toast, I had veggies in mine, but no cheese. We shared senior pictures and great conversation.

I don't know what I would do without my friends' support. Thanks again ladies.
I'm starting to stress about the start of school and how to work in my exercise program. I know what I need to do , but I have to have a plan. I could use your imput. Tell me your thoughts.
