This is my last official blog as one of the BetterU bloggers,but I wanted to let everyone know that it is not over! I will continue blogging on my personal blog. While that blog is also filled with the adventures of my life as a wife, mother, and teacher, I will also use it as a place to talk about my healthy life style and the changes I have made. I can not even say how thankful I am for this experience. It literally has changed my life and the life of my family. I am so grateful to Jayme and Jennifer and the American Heart Association. The team from Alegent (Toni, Stacey, and Maggie) has been amazing! I know that I will still be in contact with all of them.

To my fellow bloggers- I have so enjoyed getting to know you. This journey was so much more because I got to experience it with you. I know that we will keep in touch-I'm always up for dinner or for some walking!

As for my results. I improved on all fitness areas. I lost 9 lbs and 7 inches off of my waist! I am so proud of myself. I have learned that putting myself first is okay, and that by doing that, everything in my life is better off!

I am off to workout and cook a healthy meal for my familly...
