We have a worker at the James Skinner Baking Company who plays his trumpet during breaks and lunches for the sheer love of music.

A Noteworthy Recipe

I don't quite know where to begin as I am not much of a storyteller.

Here at the James Skinner Baking Company, we have many dedicated employees that work hard, long hours producing something for all to enjoy. We make danish, coffee cakes and the like.

However, we have a little added extra enjoyment to our day. Emil Janda, a longtime employee of Skinner Baking plays his trumpet for us during his breaks and lunches. So if you want to "escape" any stress or tiredness, all you have to do is to approach our parking lot for a little musical interlude.

Emil has been playing for some time now and has developed a talent and a love for music that he so graciously shares with the rest of us.

So I just wanted to show him a little gratitude and let everyone know
that bakery items are not only the sweet things that we have here in our company.
