Hi Pat. Nice to have you back on the news circut. You were gone when Mike did a segment on our little grocery store in Oakland, Ne known for our Swedish Foods. This weekend we are having our Swedish Festival in Oakland June 6 & 7th. talk about having family fun. lots of things to do food to eat and just good plain living. Nelson's Food Pride is hosting a New York Steak supper with baked potatoes , baked beans and garlic bread for only $6.99 if tickets are bought before Sat (the day of the event) it is only $5.99. It is our 6th year at holding our Kick off to summer bar-b-que. After the bar-b-que there is a town beer garden featuring the fish heads. During the day sat there are a lot of events going on one including a fun run. Mike did a news article Nov of 2007 which featured my store He mentioned that I was in the process of getting my web site up and running which I have done featuring my Swedish Specialty Food. I have sent to 32 states and my web site continues to grow.. how exciting for me. Also next year I hope to celebrate my business Nelson's Food Pride which will be my families 100 year celebration of being in business in one family. How exciting to have such a milestone.
