Updated: 5:06 PM Trying to get from here to there is more difficult than most summers because of detours caused by flooding. One major detour locally is Interstate 29 outside of Council Bluffs. The interstate has been closed for several weeks. That puts drivers on unfamiliar roads and that could lead to trouble.
