Two girls visiting at a home are victim's of an alleged sexual assault.
Scott Tingelhoff, Saunders County Attorney, reports Jeffery Palmquist was charged with 2 counts of Sexual Assault on a Child, a class IIIA Felony, which has a maximum sentence of up to 5 years imprisonment. He is scheduled to appear in the Saunders County Court for a Preliminary Hearing on November 15th, 2012 at 9:00 a.m.
A deputy with the Saunders County Sheriff’s Department received a report of a sexual assault on a child. After investigation, the deputy determined two juveniles were sexually assaulted at Palmquist’s home.
