Goodwill Industries is currently enrolling students for its 2014-2015 YouthBuild Omaha training session that begins September, 2014.
Applications will be accepted through September, 2014.
YouthBuild Omaha is a program for young people (ages 16 - 24) who are underemployed or do not have a high school diploma.
Participants spend time in the classroom earning their GED while working with Habitat for Humanity and other non-profits learning construction skills and building/restoring homes in low-income neighborhoods.
The 10-month training program provides a stipend and is held at Goodwill's headquarters -- 4805 N. 72nd Street, Omaha, NE.
