A trial has been scheduled in February for a 44-year-old Wymore man who pleaded guilty to starting fires in 2003.
Bryan Campbell was charged with starting ditch fires last April near Blue Springs in southeast Nebraska.
He's pleaded not guilty to three counts of arson and a misdemeanor for interfering with a police radio system. His trial is set to begin on Feb. 8.
According to court documents, a state fire investigator spotted Campbell and followed him as two small ditch fires were set. A Gage County deputy was waiting for Campbell when he got home.
Records say Campbell had pleaded guilty to two felony charges for fires set in March 2003 and served prison time.
