Workouts on the Water

Here’s a chance to put a twist in your workout. Take it outside and give a little thought to Lewis and Clark Landing.

You’ll find a free exercise class down there on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

This is the fourth season and it's made possible by the Downtown Improvement District and the YMCA.

The Y’s Leanne Wiebe said, “The class is really for all levels. We do a variety of different things where it is focused on cardio, strength, core movements and again, just a really good time. So you can enjoy the beautiful weather while working on your fitness goals."

The free outdoor exercises classes will be held every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 in May, June, August and September. They’re not offered in July because of the heat.
